Deborah K Boswell

Deborah specializes in estate planning and trust and estate administration. Her practice is focused on working with and advising clients on comprehensive estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance health care directives. The estate plan may also include irrevocable trusts such as life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable remainder trusts, special needs trusts for beneficiaries in order to maintain qualification for public assistance and long-term trusts for young beneficiaries or beneficiaries who have trouble managing their finances.

Deborah works with clients with high net worth as well as clients with modest estates to formulate an estate plan to achieve the client's objectives in balancing the benefits of tax savings and the needs of beneficiaries. Deborah also works with private and professional fiduciaries and family members in trust administrations, probate and conservatorships.  Deborah provides representation for beneficiaries and trustees of trusts in conjunction with their rights and responsibilities under the provisions of the trust and/or in resolving disputes between beneficiaries and trustees.
