The firm has grown over the past 70 years and we look forward to continuing our expansion to serve the diverse legal needs of all of Santa Barbara County. Founded as Cavalletto, Webster, Mullen & McCaughey in 1953, the firm was known as Mullen, McCaughey & Henzell between 1982 and 1990, and changed to its present name at the beginning of 1991.

Mullen & Henzell L.L.P. combines the benefits of a personable small-town setting with the sophisticated legal practice and depth of experience more often found in large metropolitan areas. Many of the firm’s clients have business involvements throughout California and the rest of United States.
