Acting as the firm’s first impression to clients and callers, the responsibilities include answering calls using computer software, greeting clients and visitors, receiving deliveries, and schedule management using multiple software applications. Our employees maintain strict client confidentiality and professionalism while complying with company procedures.
Required Skills: Professionalism, communication (verbal, written, email, phone etiquette), strong computer experience, Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook), organization, attention to detail. Background check required.
