Mullen & Henzell L.L.P., a long-established and prominent Santa Barbara law firm, seeks to hire an associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience to work with the firm’s Labor & Employment Group.
Our labor & employment practice includes employment contract disputes, wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, ERISA, and litigation matters. Candidate will work with a team of partners and associates focusing on representation of employers in employment and complex litigation matters. Excellent communication skills required. We are looking for candidate with 1-5 years of experience.
Requirements: The appropriate candidate will have an opportunity to provide services to a sophisticated client base, and cooperate and assist other members of the Labor & Employment Group as appropriate. Strong relationship skills as well as technical skills are essential. Current California bar membership is required.
Location Location Location: Our main office located in downtown Santa Barbara just one block from Courthouse, position is full-time, 8:00-5:00PM. The position may include an option to work from our Ventura or Solvang offices if you reside near those communities.
