Stephanie Gonzalez joined the firm in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment group. Stephanie advises and represents employers on a broad range of employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination and harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination, leaves of absence, and compliance with wage and hour laws.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie completed a labor law fellowship in Washington D.C. and worked for a state-wide legal services organization, primarily working on wage and hour issues.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys surfing, having picnics, and spending time with her friends and family in town.
Stephanie is bilingual in English and Spanish.
