Osaama Saifi is an associate in the Labor and Employment Group. Osaama represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and defamation cases, as well as wage and hour cases, including representative and class actions.
Osaama is a Santa Maria native and enjoys boxing, rock climbing, and regularly publishes opinion editorials for local and national newspapers.
