Jared Katz is experienced and accomplished in complex litigation, handling myriad types of matters in the state and federal courts throughout California. Mr. Katz is also experienced in mediation and arbitration, including in handling matters with the American Arbitration Association, JAMS and the International Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Katz’s broad-ranging practice areas encompass, among other things, fraud and other torts, contract disputes, real estate matters, construction and development, partnership and entity disputes, business issues, insurance claims and coverage litigation, transportation litigation, trust litigation, and employment litigation. Mr. Katz is experienced as lead counsel, as well as working on a team and as local counsel. Mr. Katz has led CLE presentations and authored professional articles.
