Jared Katz is accomplished in complex business litigation, handling matters throughout the state and federal courts in California, and in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. Mr. Katz’s experience includes advising clients on various types of contract, tort, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty issues; partnership and entity ownership disputes; commercial and residential real estate matters; trust disputes; transportation and bailment claims; insurance coverage and bad faith issues; employment litigation; and other types of civil litigation and disputes. Additionally, Mr. Katz holds a mediation certificate and is available to serve as Mediator. Before joining the Firm, Mr. Katz practiced with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae in Los Angeles.
