Jared Green is a Partner of Mullen & Henzell and a member of the Business & Real Estate Group. He assists his clients with all aspects of the lifecycle of their businesses: from formation and operation to succession, sale, merger, or dissolution. This practice includes advising clients with respect to internet and e-commerce legal issues, and the preparation of terms of service and privacy policies. Jared also advises his clients with respect to the acquisition, leasing, sale, and financing of single and multi-family residential, commercial, and agricultural property. In addition, Jared enjoys guiding nonprofit clients through the formation and tax exemption process and advises them in regards to their ongoing charitable operations. As part of his business practice, Jared coordinates his client’s business interests with their estate and succession planning.

Jared enjoys reading, tinkering with his freshwater aquarium, and doing amateur astronomy with his telescope in the backyard.

Community Involvement

Jared is the Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of the Roosevelt Elementary Educational Foundation. He is a past Director and Finance Committee member of Friendship Center.
