Greg Faulkner is the former Managing Partner of Mullen & Henzell and a member of the Business & Real Estate Group. He specializes in all aspects of real property matters, from the most sophisticated commercial matters to clients’ personal and residential needs. Greg has considerable experience assisting his clients in both the acquisition and sale of major assets and businesses. Greg represents individual clients and investors, as well as diverse business entities, in matters pertaining to commercial leases, purchase and sale transactions, refinancings, title insurance coverage and claims issues, easements and related matters. Greg also represents clients in the formation of new business entities with a view to meeting their immediate business objectives and positioning them to achieve their longer-term estate planning goals. In his practice, he works closely with the tax and estate planning attorneys in the firm and with our litigators as the needs of his business clients require the services of the different practice disciplines offered by the firm.

Community Involvement

Greg devotes considerable time to a variety of non-profit and community organizations in Santa Barbara. He is the Board Chair of Cottage Health, the sole hospital system in Santa Barbara County, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors and Officer at Cottage Health for several years.  He is the immediate past President of the Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation Board of Directors where he served for many years as a Board member and Officer. He is a past Director and Officer of the Santa Barbara Zoological Gardens. Greg has served as a Director of the Westmont Foundation, and President of the Santa Barbara Barristers. He is the past President and member of the Board of Trustees of the Hope School District, a publicly elected position.
