Daniella Scioscia-Regencia joined the firm in 2016 as an associate in the litigation department. Daniella’s practice is focused on general litigation matters, including complex commercial litigation, landlord-tenant disputes and discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour cases.

Originally from New Jersey, Daniella has an undergraduate degree from New York University, where she majored in Classical Civilization. Daniella then slowly migrated west to attend law school at the University of Michigan, during which she externed for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, prosecuting white collar crimes, as well as other local county agencies.

Outside of work, Daniella enjoys taking hikes and going to the beach with her dog, visiting local restaurants and wineries, and participating in the Mullen & Henzell Book Club.

Community Involvement

Daniella serves on the Board of Directors of Jodi House, Inc., a local non-profit that focuses on the rehabilitation and support of survivors of traumatic brain injuries and their caretakers. Daniella is also the vice chair of the Political Affairs Committee for the Junior League of Santa Barbara.
