Allegra Geller-Kudrow joined the firm in 2016 as an associate in the firm’s litigation department. Her practice is largely focused on complex litigation in employment, probate, and business matters, including contested probate/trust issues, commercial disputes, wrongful termination, employer protections, and wage and hour disputes. Prior to joining Mullen & Henzell, Allegra was practicing as a barrister and solicitor in Vancouver, British Columbia, in the areas of complex personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as criminal defense and related constitutional law. Allegra has handled matters at all levels of state/provincial courts, as well as federal courts, appeals courts, and various tribunals.

Outside of legal practice, Allegra enjoys writing, travelling, and downhill skiing—having spent several years as a competitive alpine athlete—as well as, exploring beaches along the California coast with her husband and daughter.

Community Involvement

Allegra currently sits on the Board of Directors of both Santa Barbara Women Lawyers and Santa Barbara Barristers, serving as Treasurer for both organizations. In this capacity, Allegra has had the opportunity to work with a number of local community organizations, including the Legal Aid Foundation of Santa Barbara County, the Santa Barbara County Bar Association, the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County, and Santa Barbara Women’s Political Committee. Since moving to Santa Barbara in 2016, Allegra has also been involved in efforts benefitting a number of other local community organizations, such as the Junior League of Santa Barbara, and she serves as Editor of the Verdicts & Decisions column of Santa Barbara Lawyer Magazine.
