Mack is a judge pro tem for the Santa Barbara courts, and serves on the board of directors of several nonprofit agencies, including the Mental Health Association in Santa Barbara. He is president elect for 2010 of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and a member of the board of directors for the Central Coast Chapter of ABOTA (American Board of Trial Advocates).Mack S Staton
Mack is an experienced trial lawyer and his practice is focused primarily on injury, personal injury, real estate, construction and business litigation. With more than twenty-five years of experience, Mack is a member in the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, a professional association of jury trial lawyers.
Mack practices general civil litigation in state and federal courts, with numerous jury verdicts in the areas of business, casualty, insurance and professional negligence. He also works with numerous insurance companies, public entities, and title insurance companies, involving litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
