Charles S Bargiel

Chuck Bargiel is Of Counsel with Mullen & Henzell and a member of the Litigation Department.

With over 30 years of experience in civil litigation, Chuck has a background in all forms of simple and complex business litigation, construction defect litigation, construction defect litigation, environmental, land use and insurance litigation; jury and court trials, mediation and arbitration.

Chuck's diverse practice covers a wide spectrum of civil litigation, from large, complex business cases to individual mediation; from local to national litigation matters. During his thirty-three years of practice, Chuck has represented clients in contract, corporate, partnership, securities, real estate, construction, insurance, municipal and environmental litigation. Chuck's outstanding communication skills make him an excellent mediator of complicated disputes. He frequently serves as a settlement judge pro tem for the Santa Barbara Superior Court.
